Joe’s mother, Anne O’Halloran Holyman, is the inspiration behind the annie O range of preserves. Mother of four boys whom when pregnant with No 1 and money was a stretch, went shopping for a maternity bra and returned home with a baking dish!!!
Instead of using Stephanie Alexander’s Cook’s Companion as our bible in the kitchen, we just ask Annie. She has a wealth of knowledge, from what to add to make a sauce sexy to how to save a burnt pan.
The annie O range of preserves are made from homegrown produce picked at its prime. We make enough for our pantries and then the rest we share with you. They are versatile little packages that can be used everyday in the kitchen. We hope you enjoy the annie O range as much as we do.
